The ProntoCALC cost calculator has more than 100 individual rates in its system. All of the rates can be adjusted in `My Rates`, you can however quickly align the system to match the costs from previous projects that you have completed. Having reviewed the `Getting Started` notes follow these steps:
Synchronize Step by Step.
- Review an existing project that you successfully completed and note the total value of its costs.
- Using the Drawings from your existing project, enter the project details into the ProntoCALC site.
- Go to the `Flex All Rates` and slide the bar until the cost matches that of your project. Make a note of the % shown.
You can now use this % when pricing projects of that quality in your region. Review the three quality selections for your region to understand their comparative % values.
